Furthermore, the invention relates to a piece of furniture with a furniture body and with a relative to the furniture body movably mounted furniture part and with such a furniture fitting for moving the movable furniture part.
By a limiting device for limiting a maximum opening angle of the furniture fitting collisions of the movable furniture part can be prevented with laterally adjacent cabinets or with a ceiling. Furniture fittings with such limiting devices are known for example from WO 2011/069179 A1 and DE 20 2004 010 842 U1, wherein stops in the form of brackets can be snapped onto a hinge axis of the furniture fitting. During the pivotal movement of the furniture fitting, a movably mounted part of the furniture fitting encounters this clip, so that the maximum pivoting distance of the furniture fitting is limited. The disadvantage of this is that the brackets each limit only a predefined pivoting angle and consequently different sized brackets are necessary to achieve different opening angle. There is also the risk that the brackets will come off the hinge axis and thereby get lost, whereby the desired pivot angle limitation of the furniture fitting is no longer guaranteed.
Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a furniture fitting of the type mentioned above while avoiding the disadvantages discussed above.
This is achieved by the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.
According to the invention, it is thus provided that the limiting device has at least one movably mounted actuating element, wherein the opening angle can be adjusted by a manual or by means of an actuation of the actuating element which is effected by means of a tool.
Thus, the furniture fitting on a movably mounted actuator, by which the maximum pivoting path of the furniture fitting is adjustable limited. The actuator is movably mounted on the furniture fitting and captive and freely accessible in an assembled state of the furniture fitting for manual or for taking place with the tool operation. The actuating element can be arranged on the first fitting part, on the second fitting part or on a movably mounted component of the furniture fitting.
It can be provided that the opening angle is infinitely adjustable by an actuation of the actuating element within predetermined limits. Alternatively, it is possible that the opening angle can be fixed by an actuation of the actuating element at a plurality of predetermined latching positions.
According to one embodiment, it can be provided that the limiting device has a stop for limiting the opening angle, wherein an actuation of the actuating element, a position of the stop is adjustable. It can be provided that the stop between at least two components of the furniture fitting, which move relative to each other during the relative pivotal movement of the first and second fitting part, is effective.
The furniture according to the invention comprises a furniture body, a relative to the furniture body movably mounted furniture part and a furniture fitting of the type in question.

The furniture fitting 4 is formed in the embodiment shown as an actuator 4a for a movable furniture part 3 in the form of a furniture flap, so that the movable furniture part 3, starting from a vertical closed position in a relative to the furniture body 2 raised position (and in the reverse direction) is movably mounted. FIGS. 2b-2d respectively show the area circled in FIG. 2a in an enlarged view, wherein different positions of the stop 18 are shown. The actuator 16a has a receptacle 17 for a tool, wherein by rotation of the receptacle 17 by means of tools, the stop 18 in the form of a threaded nut along a threaded portion 19 is adjustable. It is preferably provided that the threaded portion 19 is formed integrally with the actuating element 16a. The threaded portion 19 is followed by a first unthreaded portion 19a and a second unthreaded portion 19b, wherein the first unthreaded portion 19a and the second unthreaded portion 19b are spaced from each other by the threaded portion 19 in the longitudinal direction of the threaded portion 19.
The stop 18 in the form of the threaded nut is biased by a spring element 20 in the form of a helical spring, wherein a first end portion of the coil spring on the actuating element 16a and a second end portion of the coil spring is attached to the stop 18, so that the stop 18 at an entry into the first non-threaded Section 19a is acted upon by a force acting in the direction of the second threaded portion 19b force and upon entry into the second unthreaded portion 19b with a force acting in the direction of the first threaded portion 19a. The spring element 20 thus serves on the one hand to prevent jamming of the stopper 18 with the actuating element 16a (clamp protection), on the other hand to exclude a detachment of the stopper 18 from the first unthreaded portion 19a (release protection). Furthermore, the spring element 20 serves to bias the stop 18, when it is in one of the threadless portions 19a, 19b, in the direction of the threaded portion 19, so that the engagement of the stop 18 in the threaded portion 19 is facilitated.
In Figure 2b, the stop 18 is in the form of the threaded nut on the second unthreaded portion 19b, so that therefore the threaded engagement of the stop 18 is repealed. The stopper 18 is thus idle and can not jam with a corresponding rotation of the actuating element 16 a with this.
